In early 2004, when the Tombstone Amigos LLC began selling the Lomas de Suenos-Hills of Dreams,
they held back a special piece of land. This land of great historical significance is now offered for sale.
The land is where Ed Schieffelin, founder of Tombstone, chose to camp while discovering the Tombstone mines. His
grave, now a part of the Tombstone Courthouse State Park, is located at the property's NW corner.
The property includes the Watervale well which was the first source of water for the Town of Tombstone.
The well is still producing water to this day.
Along Tombstone Gulch, which traverses the land, the first ranchers chose to build their home and headquarters and named it the
"Pioneer Ranch". But as times changed so did the ranch's needs. So electric power was brought onto the property.
This special 272 acres of scenic beauty is now available to the deserving investor who appreciates the magnitude of the property's value.
It awaits only the "Master's Touch" to turn the Pioneer Ranch into the golden gem Coronado came looking for over 500 years ago.
